Competitive and Recreational Gymnastics Programs

Our gymnastics program is structured to teach beginner - level 5 gymnasts. It is designed to build a strong foundation for every athlete. Our belief is that beginner skills can make or break a gymnast when they start trying to learn elite skills. Strong beginner skills and technique are the keys to safe strong progressions into elite level skills, We focus on teaching proper technique and fundamentals in a safe, structured, and positive environment where each athlete feels supported and encouraged. Through purposeful drills and strength based training, athletes develop the skills, body awareness, and athleticism needed to progress successfully and safely in the sport. We emphasize consistency, discipline, and confidence-building, so that every gymnast not only improves physically, but also grows mentally.

CLASS OPTIONS

We offer multiple different programs for athletes to find their place in the sport!

Recreational Classes

We offer recreational gymnastics classes for athletes 5-18 years old. Classes keep a maximum 6 athlete-1 coach ratio, so that we can ensure each athlete gets the proper supervision and individual instruction from our coaching staff. EXAMPLE OF THEMED CLASS SET UP!

Here is an example of a section of one of our theme week set ups! The week pictured had a pirate theme so athletes ran around obstacles and through pirate booby traps with their swords from one tumble station to another. They also did other activities not pictured such as walking off the plank(floor beam) then doing their cartwheel, and pull ups on the bar to climb up their pretend boat! If you're interested in our themed toddler gymnastics classes message us and stop by to try a free class out!
